Multi-Use Studio

A custom designed studio provides the perfect place for our broad array of aerobic and floor programs. This 25’ by 37’ floor is made of hard wood mounted on cushioned strips to minimize wear and tear on your feet, ankles, and knees. Mirrored walls assist you in proper form, a separate stereo system for selected music, and a store room attached so gear is out of the way when not in use.

This studio is the location for our group exercise classes including:  step aerobics; yoga; cardiovascular and strength training.  Many of the group exercise classes will be included in membership fees.

Speciality classes will also be offered.  If you have suggestions or ideas for classes that you would like to see offered at the Center - we would be delighted to hear your ideas and see if they can be incorporated into our program.  email Jackie at JackieS@piratewellnesscenter.com or call 305 744 3348.

Pirate Wellness Center is looking to rent out our multipurpose studio by the hour for all of your special event or meeting needs.  Approximately 900 sf with audio and visual equipment and catering facilities available.  Rates are $100.00 per hour, however, rates are negotiable for non-profit organizations.  (Based on availability). Treatment Rooms

Two treatment rooms are available for that much needed massage. The tables are the finest quality and ensure your every comfort.  Treatments are an additional fee and do not come included in any membership.  To schedule a treatment please see the front desk for available times and dates for the treatment of your choice.  Prices will be competitive.

Steam Room

We have included two steam rooms. These rooms (gentlemen and ladies) are large and will help to soothe your muscles after a hard workout, or for that much needed relaxation time.

Locker Rooms

Each locker room provides showers, restrooms, lockers, and other pleasantries that we all like after a workout.  At this time lockers are free for the day (providing your own lock, which must be removed by closing each night, along with your items).

 

Lounge Area

We provide a small lounge area to relax in after a hard workout. Coffee, tea, cold drinks including smoothies, and snacks will be available.  The lounge is a wireless internet hot spot.  Feel free to bring your laptop and enjoy a cool drink by our tranquil salt water aquarium.
