 Front Desk

When entering the facility you must check in with the front desk staff.  Simply provide your key tag and you are welcome to enter the facility.  Without your key tag you will not be permitted to enter.  You must report the loss or theft of your key tag to the front desk immediately, replacement key tags are $5.00 for each tag lost/stolen. 

Juice Bar

Our juice bar features smoothies, protein shakes, coffee, bottled water.  We are also the only Met-RX retailer in the Florida keys with an array of protein drinks, vitamins and supplements.

 Wireless Internet

Our main entrance and juice bar is an internet hot spot for wireless internet users.  Bring your own laptop to check your email, check group exercise schedules, or pass a little time before your workout.

Payment Packages

We have designed one basic price point, with variations based on individual usages. Please note that whilst many classes are included free to members, there are exceptions and a small fee may be charged for these specialty classes. 

Unfortunately we cannot accept members under the age of 16, even with supervision.   Also, we are unable to honor more than one discount per member.

Membership Type	Description
Snowbird Membership	$0 membership fee. With a 30 day notice, you may cancel or freeze your membership.
Annual Membership	$0 membership fee w/ a 12 month non-freezable annual membership contract. The membership is transferrable.
Corporate Account	$0 membership fee w/ a 12 month non-freezable annual membership contract for any members of our Corporate Accounts.  For more details on how to qualify for a Corporate Account, call our General manager Buzz Busbey at 305 744 3348.
Junior's Account	$0 membership fee w/ a 12 month non-freezable annual membership contract.  This membership is for anyoneover 14 and under the age of 18.  They must be, however, accompanied by a parent, guardian or coach.
Week Pass	This pass includes full use of the facility and all basic group excercise classes for one consecutive seven day period.
Day Pass	This pass includes full use of the facility and all basic group excercise classes for a one day period.

All daily guests must register and receive an orientation and membership information tour.

Seniors (over 55 years young), Employes of Non-Profit Organizations, Law Enforcement, Fire Department, EMT's and Active Duty Military personnel will receive a 10% reduction on monthly fees.
