Treatments

In the facility we have two treatment rooms, each of which is staffed with the best the Keys have to offer.  Please see the front desk to make arrangements and payment (not included in any memberships) for your treatment. 

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance through the front desk.
• A 24 hour notification is required before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid being charged a service fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment.
• Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment.  Your treatment will end on time as to not delay the next guests time.  The full value of your treatment will apply.
• Prices for Massage are $55.00 for 30 minutes, $ 85.00 for 60 minutes and $115.00 for 90 minutes.

 

Massage Therapists

Bonnie Stoddard, Massage Therapist, is originally from Hollywood, FL but has lived in the Keys for the past 30 years. Bonnie earned her certification from Educating Hands in Miami, Florida. In 1985 Bonnie practiced massage for four years, she took a thirteen year hiatus and began practicing massage again five years ago. Her specialty is in Shiatsu, its ability to loosen the muscles with the circular motion provides an added bonus of well being to the client. Bonnie’s philosophy on massage is that “with the right massage it can really make an improvement on your life with a pain free body.” Bonnie lives with her 18 year old son, and enjoys writing poetry and short stories, playing the organ, bicycling and doing home improvement projects.

Peter Fox, Massage Therapist, has avidly studied many subjects including Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Reflexology, Zen Shiatsu, Jin Shin Do, Tui Na, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Body Work, certifications in Sports Acupressure and Pain Management, and is a 3rd Master Degree in Martial Arts. Peter recently became certified as a personal trainer.
